Eligibility: Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate college students who are currently enrolled in a college or university. Students must be studying one of the following programs (but not limited to): accounting, business, business administration, civil engineering, construction management, economics, finance, macroeconomics, marketing, microeconomics, political science, real estate, capital markets, real estate development, real estate law, urban planning/studies or urban systems. An essay on a provided topic is required to be submitted.
