Eligibility: Applicants must be graduating seniors of New Castle High School who lack financial resources to further their education. Special consideration is given to the following students: those pursuing a beauty/cosmetology certificate, those studying piano or dance based on prior history with piano or dance, members of the First Baptist Church in New Castle, those who have worked part-time at a hospital or assisted living home while in high school, those students who were on the swim team all four years of high school or those with a family member who is serving or has served in the military.
